The Role
You will be the brain behind the user experience at MyCareforce - taking care of every touchpoint of the journey, from the first email to the last WhatsApp sent. Your mission is to ensure their communications are intelligent, consistent, and purposeful - reducing costs, increasing engagement, and building an integrated experience between marketing, product, and operations.
This is a role for those who want to think like owners: understand user behavior, test hypotheses, automate flows, and transform journeys into business results. You will be at the intersection of technology, data, and user experience - part strategist, part builder, part storyteller.

What you will do
- Own the user journey - Map and optimize communication journeys across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push.
- Drive data-driven decisions - Define metrics, run A/B tests, and transform engagement data into insights.
- Build intelligent automations - Create automated flows using Make, Customer.io, Zapier, or custom solutions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration - Work with Product, Marketing, Design, and Data teams.
- Act as mini-CEO of the journey - Take end-to-end ownership with clear, measurable impact.

- 2-4 years Product Management experience with shipping user-centric products.
- Experience with automation tools like Customer.io, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of lifecycle marketing, conversion funnels, and retention metrics.
- Background in startups, marketplaces, or B2B2C products preferred.
- Analytical mindset - transform metrics into actionable business decisions.
